LET'S is currently in 'Beta' stage, which means even though we have tested and validated all the functionality, it may not in some cases function as expected.

Information You Provide to Us
We receive Personal Information directly from users who are interested in obtaining access to “logged in” user portions of the Sites, mobile applications or various products and services from us or from third parties. Blue Bay does not manage user financial transactions or maintain financial information for its users. All financial transactions and financial informationis maintained by third-party venders. If you engage in a financial transaction in connection with the Let’s application and site, you should refer to the privacy policies of the vender used.
Public Information
When we use the phrase “public information”, we mean the information you choose to provide to the public, including any unsolicited information you provide to Blue Bay through the Service, or any other means. Such public content includes, for example, unsolicited information provide to Blue Bay through the Service or any other means, information posted to any public areas of the Site, such as bulletin boards, any reviews, tips, ideas for new products or modifications to existing products, photos, check-ins, check-in comments, likes, message board posts, bookmarks, lists, compliments, and any other content you provide to the Service for public consumption. (“Public Information”). This Privacy Policy shall not apply to any Public Information. All Public Information shall be deemed, by its nature, to be non-confidential and Blue Bay shall be free to reproduce, use, disclose, distribute and exploit such Public Information without limitation or attribution.

Communicating your location to others is an essential feature of using the Let’s application and sites. By using the Let’s application and sites you agree that your location may be shared with others.
When you use a mobile device to connect to our Sites via a service provider that uniquely identifies your mobile device, we may use this unique identifier to offer you extended services and/or functionality. Certain services may require the collection of your mobile phone number. We may associate that mobile phone number with the mobile device unique identifier. We may also share your mobile phone number with certain select third parties, unless you choose to opt out of such use.

Our Service is about sharing location and finding friends and others nearby. Through your use of our Service, you accept that we will use your location information to provide the basic functionality of the Service, such as displaying your location on the list displaying distance from other users and eventually on a Services map when you accept to converse with another user. We collect your location information when you use the application directly from your mobile device or when you check-in using Third Party Services (defined below). Users viewing this information may use it or disclose it to other individuals or entities outside of our control and without your knowledge. Although we share the exact location only when you accept to converse with another user, your location information may be subject to abuse, misuse, and monitoring by others, and you share your location at your own risk. You have an ability to ‘block’ a specific user in which case he/she will not be able to know your exact location or distance from his/her device. You can also remove your visibility temporarily from a specific user in which case, he/she will know your distance from his/her device but won’t know your exact location on the Service map and will need your permission to see your exact location in future.

Integrating Third Party Services within the Services
One of the special features of the Service is that it allows you to enable various online third party services, such as social media and social networking services ("Third Party Services"), to be directly integrated into your Blue Bay Services (Let’s) experience. By directly integrating these services, we make your online experiences richer, and more personalized. To take advantage of this feature, we will ask you to provide us your username and password for the relevant Third Party Services. By enabling such Third Party Services, you are allowing us to pass your log-in information and send and receive other information (such as geo-location and friend lists) to and from these service providers. When you add a Third Party Service account to the Service, we will collect your login information and other relevant information necessary to enable the Service to access that Third Party Service and your data contained within that Third Party Service. However, please remember that the manner in which Third Party Services use, store and disclose your information is governed solely by the policies of such third parties, and Blue Bay shall have no liability or responsibility for the privacy practices or other actions of any Third Party Service that may be enabled within the Service.

From time to time we may purchase a business or one or more of our businesses may be sold, and your personally identifiable information may be transferred as a part of the purchase or sale.
